Sluggish performance, random errors, things that just stopped working. I take a look, figure out what is going on, and fix it properly.

Weak signal, devices dropping off, dead zones in the house. I assess your setup and get everything connected the way it should be.
A new device to set up
Got something new and not sure where to start? I handle the setup, move over what you need, and make sure it is ready to use.
Smart home and connected devices
Cameras, thermostats, speakers, streaming devices. I get them set up, connected, and working together without the frustration.
That one thing that has been bugging you
The printer that will not cooperate, software acting strange, something you have been putting off for months. If it is tech related, bring it to me.

RATES
What it costs
Every visit starts with a trip fee that covers getting to you. After that it is hourly, billed for the time actually spent on your problem. That is the whole pricing model.
Trip fee
$85per visit
Then hourly
$110per hour
No contracts, no retainers, no minimum commitment. You pay for the visit and nothing else.
COVERAGE
Where I come out
Bergen, Passaic, Essex and Hudson counties, and all five boroughs of New York City. Not sure whether you are in range? Ask and I will tell you straight.
